Srivian Homemade Chocolates – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Srivian Homemade Chocolates, all our products are freshly made upon order with no preservatives. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy to maintain quality and fairness.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
- Once the preparation process has started, cancellation will not be possible.
- To cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.
2. Refunds
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product
- The product is defective or spoiled
Conditions:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photos/videos of the product must be shared for verification
Refund Process:
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account
3. Returns
- Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, we generally do not accept returns
- Returns may only be accepted in rare cases where a defective or incorrect item is verified
- The product must be unused and in original condition (if return is requested)
4. Replacement Policy
- Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- Approved replacements will be delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on location

Our team will review and respond as quickly as possible.
6. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD)
- All orders must be prepaid through available payment methods
Important Note
Since our chocolates are freshly handmade and preservative-free, slight variations in appearance or texture may occur. This does not qualify for a refund.
